Vortex: Load before vs load after - Vortex Support - Nexus Mods Forums
Deploy Order - When you Deploy mods with Vortex, Mods are deployed in install order, except for Mods where you had to do Conflict resolutions. In those cases the Mod that is set as"After" is the one that will overwrite the files of the other. Note that the options in the Conflict Resolutions DO NOT say"Load After" or"Load Before".

Then make the option to delete it from OUR history and keep a mirrored history"behind the scenes". When I downloaded something 5 years ago, frankly, I do not care about knowing this when it's 2018. Trying to find mods I care about or that I consider core to my modded games is what this"downloaded" emblem on the mods SHOULD be for.

Hm.. no, probably you already solved, this is just the old notification that you haven't dismissed yet. Close Vortex and reopen and see if it appear back. restarting vortex did remove a few from the list but the notification reappears after an any action such as enabling a mod or disabling a mod. Maybe its just a bug since no mod that conflicts ...
